Testimonials

"Stephen is a brilliant teacher he has a great deal of patience and everyone loves his sense of humour which makes us feel good about ourselves, he takes great care of us." - Chris

"Since going to Stephen at the gym I have learnt that I can do a lot more than I thought possible. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the caring way he helps you push yourself." - Sylvia

"It is nice to work with a gym instructor who is patient and willingly listens to you. I find it a comfort to work and talk with an instructor who understands  the struggles of depression and anxiety, yet has managed to come out the other side. Not only is he an instructor he is a good support too." - Jay

"I have been working with DAWS Gym who make me feel that I belong as they care about my needs both at school PE sessions and gym sessions, they have helped me achieve my goals so far. If you want to get fit and learn new life skills, DAWS is for you.

Stephen and Shelby look at practical skills that need to be mastered, they take the muscles and flexibility you have and combine them into meaningful exercises that help in everyday activities, that able bodied people take for granted.

Believe, achieve and succeed with DAWS." - Lucas & Parent.
